Description: This is the scene of a semi accident that I came across and participated in helping to remove the driver from the lower semi. Twelve men in all were awarded for their heroic actions in the process.

Description: Orphaned oil or gas well found in the backyard of a residence in Indianapolis. The homeowners were unaware of the nature of the well which began releasing methane gas. IDNR was able to abandon the well for the homeowners.
