A wench lowering an aluminum bench broke at a metals plant. Description: This picture was from a complaint that I had received. The property owner was recycling the metals and chiefly copper. Each of these old A/C units had been onsite for a year. I found that the bases of these units were holding enough water that I found mosquito larvae in April. The grass was cut and the balance of the yard was well maintained except for the HVAC graveyard.
