Description: We had an installer call us and told us he was going to have to cancel his final inspection. His reason? A driver fell asleep at the wheel, hit a pole, and ended up on top of the newly installed septic system! Luckily the damage to the system was minimal (a couple chambers needed replaced) and the driver was alright. This is one of the pictures he took when he arrived on site that morning.

Description: While doing a site investigation for a property down the road, I came across a mound that has ZERO vegetative cover. In fact, one could argue that it has an oversized aggregate bed! This mound is from the early 2000s and it has the dosing tank within the sand area of the mound, is on the edge of a wetland, and is built as a sloping site mound-but the slope is going the wrong way!
