Description: During an inspection of a well, this is what was found. The cap is only a temporary cap that should not be utilized on a functioning well. Typically this cap is installed after the well is drilled but before the pump is installed. All of the wiring is open and exposed.

Description: This photo was taken in a grocery store. During the initial inspection, I noticed the floor drain with some standing black sewage water. It was the only drain in the establishment like this, and after exacerbating the plumbing with draining and running water, no sewage backups were noticed. During the reinspection, I I pulled back the cardboard to see maggots moving and crawling out of the drain.
